Today for the first time since november i net a friend and did some window shopping i felt a bit scared and paniced. But i managed it and for some strange reason when ever i get off a but my legs feel wiered like im gonna fall so this has actually put a downer on what i thought was a good day i feel sick and dizzy now. I just wish i could turn back time i dont want my kids to see me go through this. And my partner is such an ass at times come in from work and goes straight on his xbox i wish he would give me a hug and tell me all will be ok i just keep living in fear and feel like i have something serious wrong.
