It's 3:30 and my acupuncture is at 6. I am so anxious right now not sure I can go thru with it. Body feels so sick, everything hurts. I'm scared I will freak out in her office. Someone tell me it's going to be ok. Sorry just really anxious, so much for the deep breathing!!!

I'm such a worry wort. That's part of the anxiety though no??? The process was painless and will be going again. A little less anxious today.
