New to site from UK

Hello my name is Laura, I am 18 from Kent, UK

I just wrote a long post on why I was here and lost it, so if anybody knows if I can get it back that would be great if not oh well.

Basically I am new to this site and want to learn more about anxiety, how people deal with it and maybe talk to some people.
