So I have been "panic attack free" for a month. Until' yesterday. It wasn't "strong", I only got a few symptoms. My heart started pouding hard and fast and I started shaking a little bit. I could control it after 10-20 mins. Now I'm afraid to go to bed, because I'm afraid to get another panic attack. I've been working out and usually after I workout, my heart beats a little faster for 5-6 hours. I'm feeling like I'm "on the edge". I'm also feeling some kind of chest pain on the left side, is it normal?
I can't sleep because of these attacks, I'm only getting like 6 hours of sleep. Any tips what to do?
