* use coping statements
* accept your feelings
* positive
Thoughts
* remind yourself that it will end
* S- settle
* T- the
* O- overwhelming
* P- problem
STOP
Adrenaline only releases as your mind remains in overdrive!
When bad thoughts cross your mind, yell "STOP" in your head to stop the release of adrenaline!!

Remember nothing is forever. It may seem like it's a never ending battle, but I have faith in you... "Your Strong"

Some very good tips I could do them at the moment my my head is in overdrive and stressed
