Hey all,
So I'm having a rough day. It's a weird one - so let me give you a little bit of context.
I'm good at what I do at work (as evaluated by my peers and colleges) but I constantly feel like a failure. I have a high profile job and I think all the time that I will be fired - when, in reality, the opposite happens.
Now, I'm usually good at dealing with high pressure and stress. When I have moments where the e-mails stop and I have everything lined up for the next couple of months (travels, etc), like today, I feel a real slump. I know there are things I could do but I feel so down and unmotivated out of the blue. I just don't feel like doing anything - and it's not the lazy type of doing anything, it's the "get home, close the curtains and do nothing" type of thing. And that is causing me anxiety because I should be productive.
What do you guys do if this happens to you?

I'm not sure if it's relaxation. I just feel really unmotivated by everything. I hope that this is the Lexapro kicking in.
