Scared to take any meds at all!!

Side effects: Suicidal thoughts? Will this come "automatically"? Will I lose control? Im scared as sh*t atm. Is it because of depersonalization/derealisation? Because I'm having it right now and I'm afraid to lose control and kill myself. I'm having the worst panic attack atm. Should I take meds or not? I'm very sensitive because my panic attacks started when I smoked weed first time. Everytime I drink caffeine, like sodas or coffe, I panic and get this dp/dr feeling. I'm very sensitive right now.

It's so scary. Losing control and maybe/possibly kill yourself. How can you automatically get suicidal thoughts?? I don't get that, it's so frightening. I won't be able to take any meds at all :/

They won't come automatically and you may not get them at all!

I know as well as anyone about your fears, I've been through many many meds now. If you feel that way there are family, friends, crisis lines and the ER at the hospital etc.

Lay down, slow down your breathing. I have to go, I have no choice. You'll be fine. :)

Yeah any side effect is "possible" but usually those thoughts are not common and the common side effects fade away. Like any drug really. Many get no or little side effects.
Try a half dose before a full dose and see how it goes. Alankay
