Paxil Withdrawal

Hi everyone. I started a 4 week wean off the Paxil I was given for anxiety. The wean was 10 mg every other day then twice a week for 2 more weeks. Well I bailed out in week 3 and haven't taken any since ... Is been 9 days now and I feel a little foggy headed, irritable and just plain off a little. I do run 3-5 miles at a pop about 3-4 times a week and that helps a lot. I also go to a psychologist for CBT and a new thing called neurotherapy which I don't know much about yet. It's supposed to help train the brain to chill out I guess. Well anyway..... Any other tips in dealing with the withdrawal- leveling off of my brain juices ? I would really appreciate it as I really want to tackle this non medically and don't want to succumb and go back on Paxil. Thanks so much... I was up to 20mg at one time but backed it back down after that dose kind of destroyed my sex drive among other things.
