Crawling sensations need engouragment.

Well last night I was anxious again. 'Spontaneous' panic.... nervous and edgy and ANNOYED. Come on people how do I get rid of this? I also have this sh#@$ crawling sensation on my shin on my left leg and its soooooo annoying I can scream!!! I keep moving my leg and I look like a nervous crazy person. HELP HELP please I need engouragment I need to know it gets better.

hi there...i get a crawly sensation on my legs at random times as well...kind of like a chill, or goosebumps or something...does this sound like yours?
i always put it down to more nervous system disturbances from anxiety :D i dont think its anything to worry about
