Something I think all people with social anxiety should watch

This video really spoke to me.. Its very touching and it actually gives me hope. Just want to share. Its called " if you are in a shell" by zefrank1 on youtube. I cant post links yet, I'm still anew member but I think this video can help people relate to what its like to have social anxiety. If someone could watch it and post the link here id be very grateful.
