Anyone try this during they day? It is usually for bedtime which I do take, doc told me to try it in the am.

My in law uses it, at night...she loves it.

Staceatarian also takes this too...in the late afternoon I believe.

Maybe shoot her a PM....

I take it at bedtime...it definitely makes me sleepy both at night and even during the day. I don't think I could function if I took it in the morning.

If you take a low dose, it works a little like a benzo and sedates you a bit.

I too couldn't have imaged taking normal dose in the morning, and trying to live a normal day though!
