Hello, so I used to take l-theanine but ran out the advisor at holland and Barrett suggested L-tyrosine. Has anyone else used this? Hoping it will ease the derealization or something. Anything really! Any tips?

My boy Eman from this forum sent me some in the post. I've never taken this particular supplement before, so I'm excited to try.

We can try it out together, report back on stuff!

Awesome. Yeah, same here, 500mg.

Are you taking anything else, or just this?

Took my first one this morning, then straight out the door not much effect yet, do feel more grounded today tho, not sure if it's because of these or not tho

How are you liking it so far?

Pretty good! I'm still sort of spaced out but I'm happy so it doesn't bother me so much! Unless I'm bored that's about it haha. Much praise for l-tyrosine! Seems to of taken the edge off

People take tyrosine for depression, attention deficit disorder (ADD), attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), the inability to stay awake (narcolepsy), and improving alertness following sleep deprivation. It is also used for stress, premenstrual syndrome (PMS), Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS), alcohol and cocaine withdrawal, heart disease and stroke, ED (erectile dysfunction), loss of interest in sex, schizophrenia, and as a suntan agent and appetite suppressant.

The last one is pretty good
