Overrated, does not help at least does not help me. I tried every possible herb and the only one which is helpful is passion flower and lemon balm aka Melisa

That's a good product! It just depends on the person, different things work in different ways for different people. Worth a shot. All their products seem to be effective. I've been taking GABA and Rescue Remedy, they're great for anxiety and depression. You can get em online or at most health food stores!

Be careful with this stuff, expecially if you spend long periods of time in the sun. It can cause "photosensitivity". You will burn like a flash bulb...

I was gonna ask, is it something I can stop taking before a day at the beach, or does it slowly build up and slowly leave your system?

And I agree with you completely some people experience anxiety for different reasons and may not be benefit from an anti deppressant

Boy there is so much misinformation here . I only noticed it worked after i stopped it and symptoms returned .

Yes and yes I had the same experience and I do believe it works well for me now at preventing new anxiety/negative thoughts. Lets just say I NOTICED when I forgot to take it and it took me 20 mins to figure out what was going on.

It is quite an interesting drug, I like how as Forwells says, they fill out a lot of prescriptions for it in Germany. Hey, those Germans can build great cars, great power tools, and make great beer... I think that earns some of my trust!

Too weak for me, but if I had 'the blues', I'd take it again. I noticed it helped my depression far more than anxiety, but that's just a personal thing. Getting that Serotonin balance right is so important, however you do it, awesome in my book!

Glad you're feeling some stuff happening frog! :)

Thanks, and yes it is weak IMO. For me though, it stops some of those first worry dominos from falling, and I find myself going into panic/depressive states a lot less often now. But for people who's anxiety begins elsewhere, I can see how it could be useless in those cases.
