I'm a new member and love that I found this app. I love that there is a support part where people can share their stories and not have to feel so alone. I've battled with anxiety, depression, and panic attacks most of my life...they can really take their toll on your body mentally and physically but I've found things that help and would like to be here for anyone that needs health tips, a friend, or just someone to talk to during their hard times! I'm a healthy living enthusiast and I'm all about natural medicine! Don't hesitate to get ahold of me no matter what the situation is. You CAN get through this!
