Hello, how's everyone today?
I feel a tad bit embarrassed of starting a new forum, but I had to.
Does anyone else get blurry vision, tired eyes, or eye pressure?

yes, yes, yes, especially when one sits at computer too long. My depression was causing double vision for some time, with the medication it never repeated :)

Do you know if that's eyestrain?

Part anxiety, part eye strain I presume.
Everyday I put the ice cold tea bags on my eyes for 10minutes, use drops and drink eyebright tea. It helps a fair bit.
I bought pinhole glasses too. They help.
My eyes haven't recovered 100% from stress and eyestrain, though optician said they are medically fine. Still working on this bad boy with you!

I went to the optometrist and they said everything was fine. My eyes are just really dry. I can only put a bit of makeup because they turn red.

when you can not put make up on it means that you are allergic to it. For me is just switching to a bit more expensive one (which last longer),,,,,I am allergic to a lot of things. I had similar reaction for Maybelline cosmetics

I have bad allergies as it is. My eyes have been very itchy lately and the pressure does irritate me. I think I need new eye drops.

They do get tired, I am tired, and I fight my sleep. Keep in mind, I'm pregnant. Maybe I should sleep when my body feels exhausted.

I think the Flax is easier to take, or hemp hearts. I forgot you are pregnat, it changes a situation a bit. A lot of rest is necessary

Flax seeds have a high level of omega 3 and 6 so do Hemp hearts, it is the seeds of hemp; expensive but delicious, No lack of that in Canada, we produce an excellent hemp which also organic, look for Manitoba Harvest, I am sure it is available in US too.

They are the seed, very beneficial for you. Vitamins are good and you should take some being pregnant, but it is up to your doc. Almonds will protect you against the heartburn later on. Just 3 or 4 seeds a day.

Gotta take gross stuff, to feel better and to maintain these extremely complex organisms that we call,..humans. LOL!
The Extra Virgin olive oil is an (essential fatty acid) EFA, and your body uses it just like an engine uses oil to lubricate it.
Try some, dip some bread in it flavored with some italian seasonings..your eyes won't hurt or be dry or itch anymore.....:)
