View Full Version : Any B vitamin recommendations/suggestions?
Hello,
I'm currently taking a b vitamin, B complex 50 mg and am running out. I'm willing to switch to a diff brand, etc as I currently take a grocery store brand (generic) b vit. Any suggestions appreciated, thanks!

What dose do you currently take of B12? Should have the RDA % on the packet.
Don't wanna recommend one too high when someone has anxiety. It's a sensitive vit

It has 25 mcg of B12 in it, which seems to be good for me. The b vit gives me a boost of energy and makes me feel a ton better, I owe a lot of my recovery to it.

It's good you can tolerate it, many can't. I never could, which sucked as I had quite bad energy problems. 4 years later I can finally tolerate them again lol
iherb.com is a good website to buy supplements from. PanicCured, writer of the thread in the sticky about anxiety supplements uses them, pretty well priced, good product.
I'm guessing much better quality too than grocery store stuff :)

I have a health shop near me, so buy from there, but I was just checking out the website... I really like Solgar products, their stuff is great quality, they avoid all the gunk, fillers, glutens, yeasts, etc that get unnecessarily put in. I usually buy Solgar whenever I can, I have a gluten allergy, so nice to know they aren't putting unnecessary stuff in.
