The doctor put me on 5mg of buspar 3x a day . I have been takning it once a day for 2 days because of how sleepy and how out of it makes me feel. I woke up this morning feeling good and well rested but did not take my med i was gonna til i got to work. i drove for a few min and felt extremely sleepy and felt like a cloud over my brain. I tried to hold it together without panicing. Made it to work and then felt incapable of working and felt very anxious so i got back in my truck and went home. the whole way home i felt like i was gonna pass out, felt like i couldnt breathe, couldnt think well. made it home thank God and was now freaking out .I still have not taken my 5mg for today.i do have a extreme phobia of taking any meds. Called my doc and they have to call me back and of course its been almost an hr since they were supposed to call me. Can anyone help me any thoughts, experiences with this? Now a couple hrs later i feel better but not 100% "normal".
