E-man my eye is still twitching

What gives???my eye has twitched all day , and I'm not thinking about it

It's just your nerves,..neuropathy. Caused by anxiety friend,..not harmful, just annoying. I've dealt with that too. Rub some pain relief cream on your neck to calm the neves in the spinal cord to relax them (trigminal nerve branches)...

You'll be fine..just bothersome. If that doesn't help (which it will) then put a cold pack on the side of your temple for a few minutes to numb the trigeminal nerve endings...

It sounds like it could be a Fasciculation. Does the eyelid actually move?

That can be caused by a variety of factors but lack of sleep & a Magnesium deficiency are possible causes.
