Do you have a calander at home so you can write when you have taken your meds? or even a little note book to keep with your meds and you can just tick off your dose as you take it.

That's what i do with my diabetes meds.

Its easy to forget and you don't wanna OD

I got the thingy for meds from pharmacy one is beside computer with for 4 pills in each Monday, Tuesday, Wendsday........One is beside my bed and the middle day is on the right side of computer beside my watch.... I have problem to remember too.
