View Full Version : How important is a proper diet in fighting Anxiety

Been away a bit dealing with issues. Was just curious how important a good diet is in living anxiety free. I notice on the days that I don't eat the anxiety is worse than if I do consume three meals. I don't know, maybe it's just me.
A proper diet is important full stop bro..

Food makes a person who they are, health is 80% food and 20% excersize and whatever else. It makes your body run, so ofcource it will impact on your anxiety. Best results is to eat a healthy diet, 3 meals and 2 snacks a day.. Try eat something every 2 hours and drink 2-3 Ltrs of water every day. Stay away from processed foods, unnatural sugars and Caffiene. You need natural sugars (fruit), carbs ( whole meal/rye/brown/ multigrain bread and rice), protein(meat, almonds) plus vitamins Etc in your diet for a full effect. This should help anxiety, tummy problems, tiredness, low energy, metabolism, everything really and you will be amaZed at the results!!

That's why I make sure all the food I eat looks gorgeous.

I guess so mist, I only supply myself and I basicallyeat the same things everyday.. Soo .. It only cost me about $60 a week.. Give or take.

Thanks everyone. I guess the next step for me is to start eating healthy again.
