Sternum pain

Lately I have this pressure pain in the lowest part of my sternum, basically where a bra would sit. I actually refrain from wearing one as often as I can as it really irritates me. I know I have terrible posture at work (desk job) and I think this may be part of the reason along with the fact that I am always tense, but sometimes when the pressure gets intense it automatically makes me think "Going to have a heart attack now" anyone else have a similar feeling?

Note: I just had an ecg for pvc's a week ago in the er and was told everything was good.
