Some of the shows that come out of the states i got quite into..Prison Break and The Walking Dead spring to mind..

I'm pretty into Paranormal programmes and unexplained and or crypto mysterys..etc

I know what your saying about long films, sometimes i spread a movie across a coupe of nights if it's a long one, i find the focus comforting though, takes my mind off my anxiety and it's escapism, kinda why i enjoy video games too i guess, escape from it all for a bit.
