Mine are like random buzzes in my hand, aches, fingers twitch and have pins and needles? Severe foot pain??? Really anxious...... .

I do! The left side of my face has been tingling for days now and sometimes i'll wakeup and my left arm and hand are asleep for no reason and I wont be able to feel my pinky. My hands and feet have become very sensitive to hot water and my feet and legs will ache. Sometimes my feet get really red and hot too.

You should have that checked out friend...I had all of that too. I'm not saying anymore, other than that.

Yeah you should get that checked out. Possibly a b-12 deficiency? I get so many weird neurological symptoms. And of course I'm thinking MS or a brain tumor!!! Haha
