Need to vent

I want to enjoy the things I did, even have a little motivation.. Right now I have none. I see myself loosing my muscle tone from not going to gym as often, my work is suffering from me not putting my usual 110%, my social life.. Hell I can't even find motivation to have a shower!! Ofcource I'm forcing myself to do these things and try enjoy them and be positive.. But my accompaniments just don't seem to have any meaning to them if I'm not enjoying what I'm doing.. Like I've payed off all my debts I should be ecstatic!' But all I can think is now I'm back at square one,
No money saved.. It's depressing and it sucks. Anyone have any advice?

I feel the exact same!!! I think i'm just sooooo exhausted all the time from work and also carrying around the anxiety and by the time I get home, I just want to sit and do nothing!! I have to really push myself to go to the gym!! If I went straight to the gym, I would be okay but as soon as my bum hits the chair... it's game over!! Wish I had some advice but i'm in your boat!!

thanks Frankie , and it that Jack Russel terrier? They are very , very energetic dogs. Dogs have anxiety, that why they sometimes tear things apart when they are alone on chew on stairs ( my last neurotic lab did it) or what is the worst , pee in the bed...:)) Generally I love dogs to pieces. They are the best companion for anxious people, they bring our heart beat lower, the BP and a lot more...
