So I have been reading this Anxiety workbook by Dr David Corbell and it is absolutely fantastic! I've done so well with my anxiety since reading and has opened my mind to why my anxiety is they way it is. Anybody else read this or any other anxiety books? Always looking to learn and understand this disorder! Thanks!

I have not read many books on anxiety, unless the person who wrote the book is a sufferer themselves i don't think i would either. It's so hard for non sufferers to understand.

p.s Put a shirt on will ya..

Every book I had in my hand promised something which was not true, so now I am going to check Linden Method :)))
Maybe some people can find the self help books a help, I can not.

Clair Weekes at the top of my leaderboard for anxiety itself

Any motivational book is always a must read

I hate to admit this but I am reading a Tony Robbins book now.

The one guy that is insightful but also makes you want to gag.

It's actually a great inspirational book. Again, sorry for writing the name "tony Robbins"

The workbook is what made me come to the realization I actually did have anxiety. I read it when I was 18 and was able to come off my meds. Great book!
