I was wondering if anyone has experienced feeling like you only get half a breath and sometimes feel like you are gasping for air...? Comes and goes and yawning or sighing seems to be the only way to feel like I am getting a full deep breath sometimes..

You'll have to try this exercise, 10 sets, 100 reps each. Then, you'll be able to breathe so so.

Have a great day!

Hi Cindee, I sure do have that problem!

Mine is from extreme tiredness, bad posture, sedentary lifestyle, obesity and busted nose that was never fixed and various sinus issues. I gasp for air often during bad days. Currently working on my fitness to help with this, So far it seems to be helping. Lack of 02 is not a good thing - it slowly kills the brain cells and adds up over time. Nights can be the worst for me when trying to sleep - but yes - if I let myself go I will yawn and sigh a lot to get moreO2.

Nice to meet you Cindee.
TC Dave.
