Remedies for "Ice Pick" headaches?

Hello!

Anyone have any home remedies for "ice pick" headaches? Or headaches in general?

Tylenol, muscle/pain relief cream applied to location, crushed aspirin in a spoonful of hot water applied topically, hot potato in a rag held to location, pain relief cream applied to cervical spine/neck center so that nerves calm that are causing headache "ice pick" type.....:)

As in getting stabbed in the head with an ice pick?

That would give you a headache alright..
