Anybody get this? My anxiety has been fine but I get this symptom and it's annoying as all hell.
Not sure about needing them to pop, but i do get a clicking sound in my ears when i swallow sometimes..

Yes I'm constantly blowing to pop my ears at least 20 plus times a day and every time I swallow it makes a clicking sound as well. Very annoying. When I stand up it feels like a rubber band around my neck and I get almost dizzy hard to describe

Anybody got any ideas
All i got is drinking lots of water and perhaps some ear drops. Maybe see your GP as you may have a build up of wax.

To pop your ears, you can hold your nose and keep your mouth closed. "Blow" without letting any air out.
Yea, but you want to get to the bottom of the popping really. I say let your GP have a root around in your ears..probably wax causing it..:D

Could be wax or another problem. I would say I have a bad experience with that, as bad as spending every three years 3-5 thousand on hearing aids. When there is doubt go to specialist. No joking around with ears. Wax ; you could remove it yourself using Cerumen - walmart which is not invasive.
Just look here;

baer I did hear fine too, till I ignored dizziness and infection of inner ear. There was no time to go to doc. Heavy head feeling could be cause sinuses, which is connected to ears too
