Anxiety can cause a lot of changes to the body..... I have been late on my period.... I have come on twice in one month before! I even skipped 2 months before! Don't worry when it comes you will be mad :-)

I skipped 2 months worth and was like 1-2 weeks late on the third. This was all around the time I had my massive attacks. So yes it can do all kinda crazy shit

Any ladies out there ever experienced late periods due to anxiety/ bein I'll, done 2 tests but negative now 9 days late totally freaking :-( I am anything but regular thanks to stress/anxiety. I had went to my gynecologist on several occasions due to missed periods. Mine are never regular, and I only have one every 2-3 months. I'm 33. He told me it was fine as long as I was having a Period every 3 months. Frustrating I know, hang in there girl, very common with anxiety.

Since my anxiety has been pretty extreme over the past year my cycle has been off and I'm usually very regular. I've had my periods start early and late. But if it's something you're concerned about I would go to the doctor just to double check :)
