Help please

So I have been havin. Back and Chest pain ... When my boyfriend rubs it he can find the spot tht hurts he said it doesn't feel like a knot or tight?!?!?!? Now I'm freaking thinkin it's a heart problem or lung cancer????!??? What could this be??????

Pulled trapezius muscle? Torn pec muscle. Have you lifted anything heavy that could have pulled or torn a muscle?

Not really I'm a teacher so I lift kids ..... I'm terrified it's cancer or a heart problem

If your boyfriend can find the spot that hurts, it's almost impossible for it to be the heart, that's well under the ribs. If he can rub the spot and make it better or worse, it's most likely in the muscles or ribs.
