I have suffered with PTSD for 4 years now, had depression most of my life and anxiety but the last month or so since my big attack I've suffered with server anxiety... All day everyday. But I tend to do well to keep it at bay.. But sometimes not.

I know how anxiety feels belive me I've had mine since I was 17 I'm now 38,it comes and goes
Which come and goes,but it's the intrusive thoughts that are the most crippling and very horrible

Yeah, I felt positive after watching your video!! I've recently gone back on meds too and feel I may need to have a stronger dosage but am absolutley deterimined to not let anxiety get the betetr of me!!
