Zoloft and hair loss

Hi everyone. I've been on Zoloft 50mg for about 4 weeks now and I'm noticing a lot of hair loss. Has anyone else had this? I will be calling the doctor tomorrow starting to really stress about it.

I don't think that's considered normal, but all antidepressants (well, medications in general) can have side effects that differ from person to person. If it's really bothering you, you might want to try switching medications or lowering your dose. If you switch to something else, you'll have to gradually wean off of the Zoloft first.

You should also have your B12 levels checked if you haven't already. Low b12 can cause both anxiety and hair loss/thinning.
