Pretty much, yeah. Come to terms with the fact that anxiety and acidity problems come hand in hand, helping one helps the other. Work on reducing your anxiety, and the acidity will follow. Work on reducing the acidity, your mind will follow.

Try the anti-acid omeprazole.

Absolutely. Anxiety gives the whole body a workout. I take generic Prevacid (lansoprasole).
