Ok so for the last 2 weeks I've been having discomfort and pain in my the side of my face which I got checked out but since yesterday I've had the feeling like I've got saliva on the right side of my lip all the time! and when I check I can't feel anything? I feel like I'm falling apart lol! cos on my left side I'm getting the usual chest pains (sharp, stabbing) it started again yesterday after I had my tea and it's been here ever since! and I also get left arm pain too :( so I'm a nervous wreck all the time even tho I've had the left side symptoms for months now.. when it goes away I keep thinking it's gonna get better but nope
