Head symptoms?

Hi, for the last hour or so I've been getting tightness at the top if my head. I've never had it before. just wondering if anyone gets or has had it?

Yeah ive had it before nothing to worry about just another anxiety symptom :)

Thanks is it normal to feel your pulse at the top of your head? was feeling around the top of head before n could feel pulsing

Not sure ive never rele had that bt anxiety can make u think ur feeling things that aint even there i used to do that all the time bt now ive learnt to ignore them :)
