So I have just woken up and took my heart rate I don't know why I just felt the need to

I have took it 4 times and its 52-53bpm which I gather is a little low but now I have to take my propanolol whuch slows your heart rate and I am a little worried about doing it now

Wonder why it's so slow? Do you take propranolol just for anxiety? Do you take other medications? Have you noticed this before?

You need to talk to your doctor or pharmacist (chemist).

Visit Medscape Drug Interaction Checker

http://reference.medscape.com/drug-interactionchecker

Or use a search engine to find other Drug Interaction Checkers.

It lists it as a significant Interaction, uses a red banner to call it to your attention, and says, in part, the following.

"Significant - Monitor Closely
sertraline + propranolol
sertraline will increase the level or effect of propranolol by affecting hepatic enzyme CYP2D6 metabolism. Significant - Monitor Closely."

Apparently, the Zoloft can increase the effects of propranolol, you may need a dosage adjustment of the propranolol, you need to speak with someone about it soon, let me know how it works out.
