New Sane Life Group

Hi everyone,

I started a new group called "Sane Life" on the group page. You can get to that page using the following link: Anxiety Forum Groups (http://anxietyforum.net/forum/group.php) All are welcome to join the group.

This group is for helping us learn how to cope with everything else in our life that is going on while we suffer from depression and/or anxiety, and even helping us learn how to solve intractable problems.

Once on this page, click on the down-arrow next to Group Tools at the right end of the title bar for the group, "Sane Life," and then select Join Group from the drop-down menu.
