I have heard mixed things about them. Deff do not attempt on your own you can cause serious problems. If you are going to do it have a medical professional do it.

Folks, its coffee. The stuff that you drink that then enters the intestines from the front end. As long as the coffee was boiled (sterilized) and is cool, it can't be much worse than a saline enema you can by at the store and administer to yourself. They sell the water bottle at the store that can be filled from a tap and then tubed in. People have been doing this to themselves for years with water and doctors have been telling them to do it in preparation for surgeries.

I'm not quite sure why drinking coffee would not have a more direct effect, considering the liver, gall bladder, bile duct, and small intestine are more accessible from the front end rather than the rear end.
