Frankie I am on Zoplicone for over 7 years, still work with the combination of benzos. It is going to knock you out immediately. This medication help you to fall asleep, which is a problem with anxious people it is 7.5 g , take half, I was on half at least 5 years, before I had to take whole pill. Aha, you will have balance problem so take it in bed:))

years ago I was on Celexa but it did nothing to help me sleep. I was constantly tired, but not crying anymore, started to eat. I felt like zombie, to be honest on it. So the option was stick to benzos when panic attack and try to relax. Of course sleeping pill at night.

I've had insomnia for a long long time. I went a few weeks with no sleep, was getting delusional. lol. I'm taking Zolpidem Er. 12.5 mg. Sometimes I sleep. Sometimes not. It sounds like however you were before, you have come a long way. I'm proud of you. I hope I'm able to do that. Life sucks sometimes. lol. That's not very inspirational, but it does. I hate to be disappointed, and this past year has been full of it. I guess it's up to me to make a change. I joined this site. That was good. Definitely. I hope to do much more work on myself though. 2. I'm seeing a strong shift (overall) to some really positive momentum in this forum towards better sanity (generally) for alot of members..
3. There are still some of us that need some additional work, help, support, but in all reality, many of you that had arrived just before Christmas are doing much better and much improved. (Specifically those that were willing to give some medications a try, no I'm not pushing meds, just saying that in the biggest majority of people here, the ones that finally moved forward beyond the tablet fears have seen much more incredible results)...It's also just a matter of personal preferences, personal opinions, personal matters, and if it weren't for medications, I wouldn't be able to sit here and type this as I am. In fact, my life would be total hell and misery..I can't accept that.
4. And also, some members that have recovered quite well, keep coming back to update us and inform us as to their successes, which is really why I am prompted to do this anyway because they realized early on that helping others, and having an open mind for new ideas, suggestions, advice, a helping hand, led them to where they now are..at peace.... an "Open Mind"....will rid you of most if not all of these afflictions.
5. Other than being snowed in, it's a good day anyway because others make my days, good days....

2. Although they havent made my breathing difficult, or caused chest pains, they are making me feel bla, pissed off, leary of everything, and I feel hot or heated.
3. They do however, release the muscles in my back and calves and make the tendonitis much easier to deal with, after (1) friggin tablet, after (18) friggin months.
4. I also asked to double up on my anti-psychotic med too..she said OK.
5. OH...I almost forgot this!...She offered me a Mastiff puppy. At first I thought, "oh shit"...but then I thought,..OK! So, 6 weeks from now, a tiny puppy name Duro arrives.
6. He is supposed to grow to 90+ pounds,...this should be a real hoot!....grrrrr..Sickem!!! BAAHA!!
7. Went to PT AGAIN,...and also got another order for an MRI of the entire spine to explain the spasms better. I really like laying in giant tubes...
8. My HCG arrived, so may has well stick the needle in now..already had one in my ass today too. Perfect time!...
9. Haven't seen any police yet, so that's good.....
10. And the pipes didnt burst here in my house, as they did in a friends business a few days ago...everything is f***ed up now.

Yup, the doctor offered me a puppy...I think she thought, it may be kind of therapeutic for me and Lil C my daughter. She offered it after she asked me how my week had been? Monday, my mortgage company called and said that they screwed something up, that they could have fixed last August. Then Tuesday, my oldest daughter wants to borrow my car to go rob a drug dealer of money and pills, then Wednesday there was a nutjob dumbass parent here trying to drag their adult daughter out of my house, and caused her bodily harm, and the police were here for an hour sorting this mess out....

With a 150lb beast you are going to want to make sure to get some early training in for not pulling on the leash and a lot of obedience. You don't want a huge dog thinking it can do what it wants. Lots of love and positive reinforcement. Then you can ride it like a pony lol.

I finally figured out why my Doc would offer me a puppy...it had everything to do with why I was even in the office today. Because my legs still don't work right after 20 months...and I was asking if maybe she could change my physical therapy orders to working on my legs so I don't walk like I'm crippled....That's when she asked about the puppy..I know what she was thinking, it'll get me out walking it. I won't have any choice even if it hurts. Wow....

And oddly enough, there are 3000 of these dogs (breed) in the US...there are also about 3000 people in this World with what I and my sister have with these diseases...

It was "supposed" to happen this way.. there's some reason for everything, they're just hard to find sometimes. :)

I get breaks..I'm not sure what I would do though,..alone. Guess I could go get a pizza and then lay on the couch in pain!! But it sure does taste good!....I could go anywhere right now I think, the sore leg thing is the only hindrance at this moment. I walk like an idiot. LOL!!! :)
