I just finished eating my lunch, sitting here at work then I get this feeling of a air/pause in the centre of my chest, I think it was a palp, but I couldn't wait to see what would happen so I started to get up from my desk, as I felt the need to get up and go. I ended up not leaving my office and took some deep breaths to calm down! I hate this... I don't understand why they happen at the most random of times?

Does it feel like it's in the middle of your chest but something starts low where the ribs connect?

Try not to worry about it I know it's easier said than done but it will make it worse are you stressed out about anything?

Are you scared it will show something? Have you had any other heart tests done?

I am scared it will show something, the main reason I am having it done is to try and capture the heart palps. I have had 2 ecg's done in the past when I have gone to ER, which came back normal. I just feel that I will be anxious the whole time which could cause something.

If it shows something you will then get treated for it so then there will be nothing to worry about Hun try not to think about it I bet when you get it on you will be just fine
