Bad night tonight

:( so i'm like super tired, hard to keep my eyes open, but i cant sleep. I'm hot and cold and i've got acid reflux (which is a new one for me) throat tension, brain fog, my legs feel weird.... Like one is longer than the other. My head just feels so weird :( i hate this. I cant even describe how weird it feels.

I get really odd head feelings too.
I can't describe it. Sometimes it feels like someone is squeezing my brain and then my eyes feel dizzy and then I panic
I always feel off balance and spaced out too

The best way i could explain last nights yuckiness is "overwhelmed" and a tension headache to boot.

This is how i felt last year during this time. i got A LOT better by eating healthy, exercising & getting on the anxiety medication ativan. i don't take it everyday, just a half when my anxiety is high & im in a really good place. i totally know what you're experiencing. are you on any medications?

No meds. Trying to avoid doing meds. I am eating as healthfully as I know how.... Probably should exercise more...
