So today I had a dizzy spell juror no where for no reason .... This really upset me and tonight as I was with my boyfriend I thought was if I don't make it what if I die and he finds someone else...... I don't wanna leave him I began to cry and still kinda am.... Also I always have these thoughts/ feelings that I won't live till next year or in a month from now

I have fears like that too sometimes (not as much recently due to me feeling better). You'll be alright hon. Just hang in there and keep telling yourself "anxiety is lying to me"

I felt the same way about my kids...and it made me do depressed...cuz anxiety really took over my life.....bad...I didn't eat it was like I was in hell...I started anti depressant and they are helping I am so scared it will come back..I have only been feeling ok for a couple months...I said the same thing I funny l don't know how long I gonna make it
