Hi everyone. I'm new to these forums. I have suffered Anxiety for about 1 year. It first developed when I was at college, I managed to complete the course and pass. At the moment I'm not working. I'm doing driving lessons to try and get me back on my feet and make me more employable.

Just thought I'd introduce myself to you lot...

Ive dealt with miner anxiety my whole life but things have been going very well, and im glad to see theres a lot of helpful people out there.

I'm new here as well. I, too, like the rest of you have been suffering from anxiety for quite some time now. Just discovered this forum and hopefully we can all learn something beneficial. :D
