I've tried everything, ssri's, other benzo's, but only Xanax seem to really work. For just over a year I've been on 1 1/2 mgs a day, I break it into .5mgs three times a day. Still having high anxiety.
curious what other dosages others are on for GAD and any withdrawal experiences because I kinda want to get off it eventually. I think it's a low dose so with Doctor help should be a big deal.
I feel like the long term use has made my anxiety worse and caused depression, and if I go for more than 6 hours without start to feel more anxiety.
