Friend needs a book... please help

What is the best book for someone suffering to mild/mid severity social phobia? A dear friend of mine I care deeply for has told me she is suffering from it for a good bit of time now, and I know how helpful reading material can be.

I can't give you a title but a lot of people speak very highly of the books written by Dr Claire Weekes.
