So lately ive been reading The Anxiety and Phobia Workbook and i must say it has some great tools. Just a few moments ago i started feeling weird and was feeling like i was going to have a heart attack. Also began to have irrational thoughts which has always been a big deal during my panic attacks. So as i was going through all the motions with my panic i started to think back in the book where it talks about recognizing irrational thoughts and how you should stop them then think logically/positive. i feel like this is a huge help for me. also staying calm and keeping my breathing under control makes a lot of difference. maybe this will help someone
