Have a knot in the back left side of my neck and it usually doesn't hurt much at all now today, it's so sore to the touch/movement!! And of course my health anxiety is thinking it's like a tumor or something! :(

My wife gets those "knots". She get's stress knots. Going to a Chiropractor helps her immensely. if you can't get to a Chiropractor, try using heat and a home body massager.
