I just wanted to say thank you on how welcoming you have all been I also joined another anxiety forum (not so welcoming) I wrote a huge post about what had went on and I had 85 views and no replies!

On the other hand here everyone tries to help everyone

My meds are a bit hit and miss some days I feel great then other days I am getting mild panic attacks

CBT was great I have another one on Thursday and then hopefully one next week but its payday next week and I have a lot of santa shopping to finish haha
