Bach's Flower remedies

I was just wondering if anyone has tried Bach's Flower Remedies or the Resue Remedy. Thinking about giving it a try. Can't get meds because I have no insurance and am out of work so have no money. Thanks in advance

I use rescue remedy sometimes and gives me a little relief of my anxiety but not a great deal but I'm finding mine quite over powering at the mo so probably why

I use them & I find they help. I've been using the Bachs blackcurrent pastilles recently & they help with anxiety symptoms, but I've not tried them during a panic attack as I find it hard to swallow when that happens.

I am thinking about trying the gum. Sometimes I find peppermint or cinnamon gum helps me so I thought maybe the rescue gum would work good.
