So, my psychiatrist increased my celexa for the second time on Monday (I've had a big change in my life which has been more stressful than I thought. My anxiety was pretty much under control til now). The intensity of the panic attacks have gone down with the first increase but are still there, and a few times a week the bad ones do still come. So the first increase did something, hopefully this next one will help more. Too early yet, of course, to know. I forgot how yucky it can feel. Headache, nausea, drowsy. I'm also on a higher dose of klonopin ( .25 wafers 3x/day) for two weeks while the increase kicks in, then I can take them as needed. I had the day off today and let myself just relax instead of worrying about things I need to do. I can't wait till these side effects subside!!
